Ninja Warrior: Our Ninja Program is available to boys and girls, ages 4 -11 years, regardless of past experience. Classes help to build coordination, self-confidence and strength-particularly upper body strength. Our Ninja program develops physical fitness while enriching self-worth as the students learn new skills in a fun and safe environment. Ninja Classes are obstacle course run training with aspects of gymnastics, tumbling, and physical fitness.
$40 a month.
Pre-K: This co-ed 50 minute class is specifically for kids ages 3 - 4 years old, with good listening skills. Your child will work with our trained staff in stations and rotations focusing on beginner gymnastic skills. The skills practiced in class include balance skills, forward and backward rolls, handstands, backbends, cartwheels and trampoline and balance beam skills. The last 10 minutes of class we work on proper technique for cheer motions and jumps.
$40 a month.
Beginner: This co-ed one hour class is specifically for kids ages 5 - 8 years old, with good listening skills. They will also work on back bend walkovers, round-offs and back handsprings for those that are ready. The last 10 minutes of class we work on proper technique on cheer motions, jumps and learning chants.

Intermediate, Advanced & Elite:
Intermediate: Athletes in this group will focus on basic tumbling and trampoline skills. Through drills and spotting, the goal for each beginning athlete at ETC is to achieve the necessary skills to perform a cartwheel, round-off, forward roll, handstand, back bend walkover, front walkover, working on back handspring with spot. Athletes who perfect these skills will move up to Advanced!
Advanced: Athletes in this level have the necessary skills to work on a standing back handspring and round-off back handspring with light spot. They will increase their skill level working towards being in the Elite group. They will need to achieve the ability to do a back handspring and round off back handspring with no spot to advance to the next level.
Elite: Athletes in the Elite level group have the necessary skills to perform a standing back handspring, round off back handspring, front limber, back walkover, whip and dive cartwheel. They will work towards skills such as back tucks, aerials, layouts, fulls, whips, combination alternate passes, standing back tucks and other advanced standing tumbling skills. $40 a month.
